Job Description

Tadaweb is a scale-up technology company providing an open-source information platform that magnifies the impact of investigative, analytical and operations teams. Over the past 11 years, Tadaweb has become a leader in the collection and enrichment of Publicly Available Information (PAI) to effectively scale our users’ impact. Our SaaS platform follows ethical principles and actively supports the implementation of customer policies.


Scope of work:

  • You will prove how our platform can solve a prospect’s use-cases by working with Tadaweb’s PAI customer success experts, then lead contract negotiations. After signature, you will remain involved with the customer to ensure their needs are being met and to look for expansion opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for GTM strategy formulation and execution, including planning, networking, evangelism, prospecting and managing your opportunity pipeline, and building deep relationships with our customers to help elevate their PAI capabilities.
  • You will work on all aspects of the Go To Market (GTM) motion to include the pursuit of new logos, renewals, upsells, etc.


Required experience:

  • Technical aptitude to develop deep expertise in the Tadaweb product suite and its use cases
  • 5+ years of experience leading and winning strategic capture activities with public sector customers and/or direct experience as a public sector customer
  • Domain expertise in cybersecurity, PAI, open-source intelligence, threat intelligence, law enforcement investigation, research, security and/or national security

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Bonus points:

  • Network of public sector decision makers and budget holders.
  • Deep knowledge of the commercial ecosystem including system integrators, cloud solution providers, consultants, advisors, trade associations, etc.
  • Depth of experience in the national security community, ideally having worked in both the public and private sector. Previous work experience in the use of PAI is a plus.
  • Track record of GTM success involving structured evaluations for managed services and/or solution sales of professional services.

Our office is in downtown Ottawa. This role is hybrid and will require travel to see customers. Onboarding training will require you to spend time in Luxembourg, London, and/or Paris to meet colleagues and learn the product differentiators.
