•3 years of RETAIL project management experience

Project management and assisting with the design, manufactoring, specifications, and intallation coordination

•Experience with Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel

•Knowledge of CRM systems and NetSuite

•Must have aluminum extrusion (Extrudex, Somerville, etc. ) or retail fixtures experience (Blake Jarrett)

•Must have experience managing projects from start to finish

Managing multiple concurrent projects including project planning, project reporting, progress tracking, issue management, risk management, change management and customer communications.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.

Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

Experience in understanding the process for managing projects characterized by constant iteration and collaboration to more fully answer a customer's needs.

Facilitate requirement discussions with the customer on business objectives, scope, gaps, and business risks.

Previous experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role.

Assist in the onboarding and training of new store employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.

Collaborate with store managers to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.

Submit retail expense reports and coding invoices. Liaison with accounting and finance.

Coordinate with the RPM to manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability at all times.
