Sr Marketing Coordinator Jobs

NOTE: This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week out of our Mississauga, Ontario, Canada office

Do you have a passion and aptitude for supporting brand and product marketing activities? In this role you will support all marketing activities including promotions, public relations, pricing, sampling, internal reports and presentations!

A day in the life of a Senior Marketing Coordinator:

• Monitor marketing trends through competitive analysis and POS tracking, in conjunction with regular visits to various retailers.
• Liaise with Global and Regional teams for all product set-up and forecast requirements and to ensure data accuracy
• Participate and support in various trade/collector shows and customer presentations
• Support in the development and execution of media plans including compiling assets, reviewing concepts with brand/digital team, and tracking results
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Strategic Marketing and Finance team for the set-up and pricing of retailer programs and displays
• Update and maintain key marketing materials including item/price list, media templates, product information, promotional documents/sell sheets

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• College diploma or university degree in Marketing or Business
• Ability to work effectively with others, outside the line of formal authority, to accomplish our goals and to identify and resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage multiple partner demands
