Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing


Job location: This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in Canada or the United States.


About The Role


Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Integrated Marketing Senior Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital and marketing strategies that serve our brand and demand generation objectives. This leader, leads a team of digital and campaign professionals that deliver modern marketing at scale serving our corporate growth objectives.


An expert in their field, and an experienced trusted senior director, this individual will build and oversee the end-to end global execution of our brand and demand generation strategy.


What you will do


  • Build top programs for pipeline acceleration and demand generation.
  • Lead all centralized media buying and organic media strategies including pay per click, SEO, social media, earned and owned media.
  • Lead our digital marketing infrastructure and strategy. Ensuring that our .com properties are digital demand generation vehicles securing industry leading conversion.
  • Negotiate with marketing vendors to ensure best in class ROI of marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Product and Industry Marketing and Marketing Operations to ensure the execution of multi-touch, multi-tactic campaign execution.
  • Measure and optimize our activity mix, performance marketing and conversion to ensure highly effective media and marketing spend.
  • Build and execute our social marketing activities in support of our campaign architecture.
  • Build and execute our multi-year campaign architecture which supports all of our demand and lead generation activities.


What we are looking for


  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Minimum of 3 years Digital Marketing experience.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills with ability to influence and gain support across the organization and externally.
  • 10+ years demonstrated progressive experience years B2B experience in marketing, strategy or communications roles in enterprise technology and/or service providers.
  • Problem-solver, change champion, and passionate about delivering results.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret datasets to derive insights, challenge conclusions, and change direction.
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinking with demonstrated experience balancing strategic and creative thinking with tactical detailed execution and measurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related .

  • Ability to strategically prioritize with experience with project planning, resourcing, and management.
  • Demonstrated experience creating impactful strategic digital marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Experience managing escalations and corresponding process.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing, intent and ABM marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams.
