Experiential Marketing Specialist Jobs

The Experiential Marketing Specialist is directly responsible for providing continuous support of KCA’s experiential, partnership and events portfolio. You will be expected to support the planning and execution of best-in-class experiential marketing programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tracking of program budgets and scope of work, ensuring maximum ROI and overall expenditures remain in line with agreed budgets.
• Coordinate with internal team and agency partners our campaign milestones from start to completion (planning, briefings, proposals, execution, and post project reviews)
• Support the Experiential Marketing team with the execution of logistics related to creating memorable experiences at events including overseeing communications, merchandise supply, signage, collateral development, vehicle management etc.
• Support vehicle management process, logistics, preparation, and documentation for all events.
• Ensure that all partnerships are strategically aligned with Kia’s brand identity.
• Support the strategic direction, management, & coordination of events and on-site activations with key partners including agencies, vendors, data providers and internal departments, clearly defining roles and responsibilities and ensuring that all programs are on strategy.
• Perform dept. analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• This role will require travel.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required

• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Post-graduate degree or diploma in marketing or business admin.
• Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Comfortable and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and more.
• Sports partnership and/or Auto Show experience would be an asset.
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, budgeting, and execution skills.
• 2 years of experiential marketing, event management, agency, or similar role experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
• Must possess advanced MS office suite skills.
