Are you the UNcommon EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING COORDINATOR we are looking for?
As an Experiential Marketing Manager you have a strong work ethic, have a passion for crafting unique and engaging experiential marketing programs and believe in the power team collaboration.
As a key member of our brand experience Team, you will report to the Jr Experiential Marketing Manager and share the responsibility of collaborating with our Creative, Digital, Strategy and Production teams to help bring to life exceptional experiential marketing campaigns.
As an Experiential Marketing Coordinator you are quick on your feet, able to adapt to an ever changing, fast-paced, growing environment, and handle critical tasks with efficiency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the effective planning and execution of experiential marketing programs
- Meet deadlines with tight turnaround times while ensuring accuracy
- Troubleshooting program pitfalls
- Establish client communication plans
- Be tuned into social and industry trends, actively seeking to provide our agency and clients with new, innovative, and out-of-the-box ideas and opportunities
- Secure, manage and coach event and brand ambassador teams
- Contribute to creative and experiential planning strategy sessions
- Procurement of program assets
- Assist with the reporting on program metrics
- Always ‘be of service’ to internal and external project stakeholders
- Work with production team to carry out fulfillment, shipping, receiving and any other applicable matters
- Support the development of brand experience activations for our clients
- Other duties as assigned
- Assume accountability for the execution of programming
- Support the effective execution of program blueprints
- Contribute to logistical program planning and execution while working collaboratively with internal teams
- Demonstrate a collaborative work ethic

- Strong professional communication skills, oral, written, and active listening
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve, or escalate as needed
- Exceptionally detail-oriented
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
- Field work a must either leading a team or working as a Brand Ambassador
- 1-3 years working in an experiential marketing capacity
- Experience working on remote teams
- You must be IN; Intelligent & Nice
- Relevant University or College education or equivalent
- Adobe Creative Suite experience would be a serious asset.
- Reliable vehicle or access to a vehicle
- Full G Driver’s License
- The ability to operate vans, pickup trucks, and moving trucks up to 5 tons (occasionally)
