Job Description

What you’ll do:

Project Solutioning and Delivery

  • Lead solution development meetings and be accountable for building XM solutions that are effective, efficient, successful for clients.
  • Partner with the internal creative team, production managers and suppliers to develop, execute and deliver a creative solution.
  • Connect the dots across programs and solutions being delivered within the XM portfolio.
  • Conceptualize and develop strategic, creative, and successful XM campaigns utilizing a consultative and strategic approach.

Client Opportunity

  • Understand the competitive landscape within the XM space and work to understand our client’s challenges and how our XM team can support for success.
  • Provide strategic insight into clients’ programs, review recommendations and provide feedback.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ business environment, including their target audiences, culture, issues, and challenges.
  • You would support sales pitches and all related activities for XM solutions directly, including pitching and selling your ideas that win to clients.
  • You will be expected to support the XM leaders with pre-sale and new growth opportunities.

Drive Growth

  • You will leverage your industry knowledge and experiences and tap into your thought leadership network to drive innovation and create a long-term vision into the client portfolio.
  • Build competitive intelligence across the XM space and develop a strong understanding of our clients’ challenges, and how our XM solutions will enable them to win.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the opportunities that our XM solutions present, so that as an ambassador, you can passionately educate existing and prospective clients about the functionality, capabilities, and innovation of our emerging solutions.
  • Be a partner across the leadership communities within the various sectors and practices, while remaining hyper focused and passionate about creating value for our client with our XM solutions.

  • Experience in the Automotive industry is ideal.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable with retail marketing and promotions.
  • You can travel as required.
  • You are highly resourceful, accountable, and proactive.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related field considered an asset.
  • You have strong project management competencies (planning, scheduling, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines).
  • You have strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, organization, and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
