Having 12 full-cycle branches strategically located in different provinces.
What you’ll be doing:
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and will be working in a team of talented, passionate, and results driven professionals to do email marketing, internal and external communications, and website management.
Practically speaking you will:

• Support CX campaigns (case studies and surveys)
• Assist with campaigns and promotions across Sales, Parts and Service Departments
• Update and maintain National Fiscal Year budget and plans
• Support competitive analysis (research, content creation)
• Assist with lead management through Salesforce CRM
• Gather and develop content for sales support materials and lead nurturing campaigns
• Coordinate and support VCI ecommerce site and all Promotional material requirements
• Perform Brand Audits (semi-annually) and annual Brand Ambassador submission
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (Regionally)
• Execute social media campaigns across multiple channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Manage website updates using AEC editor
• Assist with coordination and deployment of Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Spearhead event logistics (trade shows, customer recognition and focus groups, golf tournaments, corporate events and training)
• Coordinate paid advertising and delivery to industry publications

What you will bring:

• Proficient in Office 365 suite, Website editor, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Social Media Platforms
• Ability to function well in a fast paced and at times stressful environment
• Willingness to step outside the box and try innovative marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to pivot and manage priorities with the best possible outcome
• Moderate overnight travel is required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (French an asset)
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required
• Detail orientated with a high regard for timeline and commitment
• 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, communication or advertising preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred
