Summary
We are looking for a strategic, enthusiastic and organized marketer who thrives in a highly collaborative and energetic environment. This role will allow you to bring new ideas to life through creative problem solving and to measure and present the success of new ideas through data and insights.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building the strategy and leading the planning and execution of marketing programs to improve prepaid customer loyalty and drive revenue growth. This includes Bell’s prepaid brand, Lucky Mobile, in addition to managing a multi-brand strategy for Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile and PC mobile.
Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns from end to end (includes opportunity sizing, targeting, brief writing, creative review, and post program analysis);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns;
• Analyze data, market trends and customer behaviour to effectively identify opportunities and develop programs based on data insights;
• Perform post campaign analysis on marketing campaigns and identify insights to build better campaigns.
• Develop compelling and strategic marketing presentations to drive buy-in and alignment across business units and stakeholders;

Critical Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing or related field;
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an ever-evolving and changing environment;
• Attention to detail with an ability to analyze numbers and convey clear insights;
• Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with the ability to get things done through influence;
• Proficient with use of MS office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
