- 3 years’ experience in strategic planning, implementation and operationalization

- Leadership experience in an Engineering or Science academic environment preferred

Oversee the Engineering Leadership Program activities, including registration management, scheduling, reviewing workshop content, and inviting speakers

Graduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of progression leadership experience within an education institution

Knowledge and 3 or more years of experience with program and strategic event planning; leadership program experience required

5 plus years’ experience in a Human Resources, learning and development, and/or related coordination environment

Work closely with the Palette Skills Operation Team to leverage their program expertise to inform, adapt and develop resources.

Track expenditures and manage the budget for the Learning Sandbox.

Manage contractors to support translation or document design, as needed.

Work across teams at Palette Skills, including the internal programs team, operations team, marketing, and communications.
