Job Description

Job Overview:

You are a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager who will develop, implement, and optimize our digital marketing strategies. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's online marketing efforts, building brand awareness, increasing website traffic, and maximizing online lead generation and conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, manage various digital channels, and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve our digital marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and increase brand visibility.

2. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, content marketing, and influencer marketing.

3. Manage the company's website, ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.

4. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

5. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance optimization.

6. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

7. Drive social media strategy and manage the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

8. Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, articles, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.

9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

10. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.

11. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Design, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

12. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing activities when necessary.

13. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the building products or construction industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels.

4. Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.

5. Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.

6. Proficient in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).

7. Solid understanding of web design, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.

8. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies.

9. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.

11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

12. Up-to-date knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.

Salary and Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is $75,000-$80,000 CAD per year with a bonus opportunity and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the applicant.
