Your Role in a Nutshell
Our Associate Director of Digital Marketing will work closely with our CEO and senior leadership team to provide leadership to the BoomerangFX Grow division (B2C). You will lead a dynamic team consisting of Google Ads specialists, Landing Page Designers and Growth Consultants. You are expected deliver high impact digital advertising for our clients to attract high quality and consistent patient leads at the lowest possible cost per lead. Scope of Duties
- Manage all client metrics including lead generation, CPL, conversion rates to foresee client account performance issues and ensure all accounts are tracking to exceptional performance.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team and stakeholders to create customized strategies to help our healthcare practice clients continuously increase their leads and increase new business.
- Manage the digital marketing team to drive a sustainable revenue channel for the organization
- Be extra diligent in troubleshooting and resolving client concerns and own customer retention by proactively reducing churn, increasing customer adoption, and improving overall satisfaction.
- Identify, track, and recommend future digital marketing features as the industry changes or client requests are made
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of digital marketing strategies and monitor and analyze individual account performance to ensure client satisfaction.
- Be the main point of contact for all escalations and respond to clients on strategies, progress, and action plans to meet their business needs. Manage promotional deadlines, approvals, and tasks.
- Provide ongoing account management, customer support and consulting to your portfolio of clients.
- Identify ways to upsell digital marketing solutions using a variety of tools and strategies provided by the company.
- Maintain an eye on lowest CPL (Cost Per Lead) and maximum lead generation for digital marketing clients
What You Offer
- 2+ years of experience in a related field (private healthcare sector or medical aesthetics space) is a bonus
- Excellent understanding on lead generation, KPI’s, business metrics and translating them into strategies for the team
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication skills and rapport building, while leveraging technology to interact with customers remotely.
- Experience in account management in SaaS environment preferred
- Strong managerial skills and experience with developing a team
