Canadian Orthodontic Partners has an exciting new opportunity! We are seeking a results-oriented and innovative Director, Growth Marketing (14 Month Contract) to join our Support Services Team and lead our patient and clinic acquisition efforts.

As the Director, Growth Marketing, you will be a driving force behind the development and execution of our growth marketing strategy, working closely with the leadership team to achieve ourmonthly new patient goals.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Community Relations, you will be instrumental in implementing marketing plans, managing budgets, and tracking key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the VP of Marketing & Community Relations to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's values and mission.
• Manage agency partners for all digital (SEO, SEM, paid social, website) and traditional media - working with the marketing team on monthly campaign strategy, execution, and A/B testing.
• Implement effective performance measurement tools, reporting systems,and tech stack (including CRM implementation and optimization) to drive lead generation and conversion across the network.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns,marketing qualified leads, and conversion rates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop an understanding of our brand, communities, practices and patient care teams (staff and doctors) to drive the full marketing funnel for all lead sources including digital, dental referrals, patient referrals, and community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, IT) to identify revenue-generating opportunities and scale existing programs to achieve sustainable business growth.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive new patient and clinic acquisition.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to balance business objectives with customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Passion for innovation and staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
• Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in a marketing leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resources for maximum ROI.
• Excellent communication,organization, and leadership skills with the ability tolead Marketing Managersand collaborate and influence across departments.
