Requirements:

• Some knowledge of APIs, writing SQL and migration from Sandbox to Production.
• Look for opportunities to automate insights through alerting, workflow, nurture email campaigns, process builder , anomaly detection and actionable reporting.
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Able to have an appetite for a growth driven mindset that can help track and guide insights supporting acquisition and conversion initiatives using data tools at hand.
• Data driven mindset with 3+ years of work experience and advanced degree preferred in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation errors and good at root cause analysis
• Highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter, enjoy working in a fast-pace environment, and can deliver successful results with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable and experience in administering and creating reports in Hubspot(preferred) or similar Sales/CRM tools.
• Build reports and tools that define success metrics and track Sales Key Performance Indicators(KPI) on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Nice to have - familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
