The Revenue Growth Management Analyst will support the development of WK Kellogg expertise in pricing analytics to lead the development of our price pack architecture and strategic pricing playbook for the cereal category and optimize specific customer plans to maximize growth and price realization within our competitive environment. This role will also connect and share best practice from WK Kellogg Regional Revenue Management organization and US partners.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Pricing Analytics – Lead marketplace and brand / pack level pricing analytics and pricing role & share back insights and opportunities.
  • Optimize Pricing Modelling tools / outputs - Lead continuous improvement and utility of the modelling tool in terms of multiple scenario outputs and through the line insights to customer P&L’s.
  • Customer Mix – Support Account teams in building promotional trade plans with competitive and market insights to maximize promotional ROI.
  • Key Stakeholder Relationships – People are at the heart of what we do. You will provide support and run pricing scenarios for stakeholders such as Sales Strategy, Account Management teams, and Finance.
  • Pricing Strategy – Support the pricing architecture (RSP & FSP) and trade optimization across all customers for the Cereal category to maximize growth and price realization.
  • Promo Effectiveness - Lead the analysis of promo effectiveness and align with account leads on strategies to optimize effective price points and pack mix.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Strong financial acumen & analytical skills with the ability to turn large sums of data into actionable insights, strong P&L understanding.
  • University Degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience in Macro’s, advanced excel optimization.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Finance or Sales related position, such as Category Management, Trade Finance, Customer Management or Sales Strategy
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively source information, obtain approvals, build relationships, influence decisions, and achieve success.
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities, with strong attention to detail and follow through.
  • Proven project management skills with a bias for action.
