Develop SQL queries and perform analysis to understand trends in customer experiences and business health performance

BS/BA or equivalent in a quantitative field e.g., math, statistics, engineering, economics, finance, computer science

Experience with SQL (or similar language)

Development of meaningful insights from performance metrics with a lens to growth strategy

Population of client facing documents in the form of spreadsheets and client decks

2+ years of data analysis experience.

2+ years of experience with SQL.

2+ Experience working with Google Sheets.

1-3 years of relevant experience in product analysis, product management and/or marketing.

Strong planning skills and experience in product analysis, financial analysis and knowledge of relevant technology.

Gathering appropriate competitive knowledge by exploring global and domestic market trends while identifying market opportunities for Interac.

A B.Sc., B. Comm or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred).

Experience and familiarity of payment products and line of business is a plus.

Solid critical thinking, analytical and problem resolution skills to analyze trends and impacts, identify options and implications and propose practical solutions.

Conceptualize, build and launch several growth programs, such as partner loyalty programs, partner education programs, and lead/onboarding conversion programs.

Launch and manage revenue growth programs including external partnerships, integration into our platform, reporting, and monitoring.

Conceptualize, manage, and launch various growth experiments end-to-end, measuring results and refining as needed.
