Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and growth-driven data analyst to join our team. As a Growth Analyst you will play a critical role in driving players to our games profitable and monetizing players once they are engaging with the game. You will work closely with other analysts, artists, product managers, ad network reps, and more to make investment decisions for our company.

The Role: Drive Profitable Growth.

• Collaborate with other teams for effective promotion/launch of games.
• Drive planning and execution, including schedules and resource allocation. Propose monthly budgets.
• Collaborate with engineers and other analysts to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with creative team to ensure top performance.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge through self-directed learning, mentorship, and company-provided training opportunities.
• Communicate progress, updates, challenges to internal/external stakeholders. Provide regular weekly reports on performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with SQL.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience.
• 2+ Experience working with Google Sheets.

• Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
• A passion for video games and a strong desire to build a career in the gaming industry.
• Strong, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills and experience working in metrics based environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt.

• (Nice to Have) Experience in media buying for mobile games or apps
• (Nice to Have) Experience in designing and launching successful mobile games.
