We are hiring for the Data Analyst Specialist position for our office at Mississauga Ontario.

We are hiring for the Analyst position for our Mississauga Office.

The position of Analyst will be responsible for performing in depth data profiling,

to assess the quality of source data, to analyze relationship between data.

The ideal candidate for this position is described as energetic, driven, and results

oriented. You have excellent organizational skills with meticulous record-keeping

and attention to detail. You have high standards of ethics and integrity, with a

commitment to changing lives.

Job Summary:

This may include but is not limited to:

● Examine large data sets to identify trends, develop charts, and create visual

presentations to help businesses make more strategic decisions.

● Create, analyze, organize, and clean data

● Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide

ongoing reports

● Preparing and conducting data analysis reports

● Perform metrics

● Forecasting the trends

● Analyze customer service metrics, KPIs and trend forecasts within the

department to identify causes for events and make recommendations

● Identify opportunities for service improvement

● Other related duties as assigned.

Looking for candidates with:

● Postgraduate degree required preferably in Statistics, Mathematics,

Information Systems, or an equivalent

● At least 2 years of experience

● Strong understanding of statistical concepts

● Knowledge of Power BI; all other data visualization tools are an asset

● Strong knowledge of Tableau

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Excellent problem-solving skills

● Familiarity with machine learning concepts is an asset

● Comfortable using computer software including E-mail, Microsoft Office,

Dropbox, familiarity with Salesforce CRM will be considered an asset.

● Good judgment, strong problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
