Vp, Growth Marketing Jobs

We're seeking a highly motivated and growth-oriented Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and help us scale our business to new heights. Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and retention, builds brand awareness, and supports our revenue and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital marketing, social media, email marketing, PR, influencer marketing, and other channels.

•Define and refine our brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

•Lead the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution to analysis.

•Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all spending is aligned with our business goals and priorities.

•Build and manage a high-performing marketing team that is focused on driving results and meeting our growth targets.

•Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

•Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy.

•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and use that knowledge to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

•Experience in a high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.

•Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus or direct to consumer ecommerce.

•Strong leadership and people management skills.

•Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
