About Symcor
- Manage and oversee the process of product innovation particular to the accountable LoB, partnering with Innovation and Strategy leaders within the broader Growth Services division
- Accountable for the successful P&L management of the products within the DSS portfolio
- Lead, define, represent, and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders (both within and external to the organization)
- Establish the requirements and ensure the implementation and on-going use of measures that will monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes, methods and approaches of the LoB in delivering on its objectives
- Develop OKRs and establish framework to ensure division achieves ROIs for product concepts
- Create and empower a professional product management discipline
- Support communication of products’ value proposition both internally and externally
- Lead the annual strategic planning process for product line with focus on ensuring that enterprise strategy is reflected in divisional level targets, goals, and objectives
- Lead the development of the vision and direction of the overall company products’ roadmap and work with peers to align the company around overarching product vision
- Oversee the data science and analytics function for the Digital Security Services (DSS) division; ensure teams are leveraging knowledge, tools and insights to provide compelling results back to customers via data analytics (fraud models, trends, etc)
- Drive a culture of high performance and collaboration within and across functions and with other Symcor divisions.
- Identify trends and business opportunities within existing and/or new markets aligned with corporate strategy parameters
- Support the enterprise-wide communication of LoB’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs that evaluate LoB’s performance against enterprise strategy
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers and related personnel to ensure the successful market penetration and ongoing success of accountable products and services
- Ensure product teams have defined and communicated product value proposition, pricing and marketing tactics working in partnership with sales and marketing teams
- Generate and validate new products and other ideas to generate greater profits
- Introduce new products to market through end to end commercialization activities (product vision, strategy, pricing, marketing and sales tactics)
- Overall accountability for the product vision, strategy and roadmap & executing product development activities (market research, product launch, pricing), product portfolio management; product/service lifecycle management
- Ensure product teams are equipped with the right tools and resources
- Drive the product strategy, road-mapping, and execution of product vision within LoB across the enterprise under the guidance of the SVP
- Advanced development (post-graduate) in field(s) such as business.
- Deep understanding of Fraud, Financial Crimes, Cyber and Financial Services industry
- Vast expertise in integrating varied elements/functions/specialties developed through years of directing and managing complex organizational units.
- Experience in holding positions involved in the overall functional direction at a corporate level.
- Established experience in identifying upcoming challenges and setting long-term goals.
- Expertise in directing issue resolution where the interaction of multiple resources may be required.
- 10+ years of experience
- Varied and deep knowledge of various fields of knowledge related to the direction, establishment of delivery protocols and measurement of the results of large and varied organizational units and/or of critical functional aspects of the organization.
- On-going knowledge of the evolution and changes in critical fields or environments that impact the organization.
- Detailed understanding of the goals, objectives, mode of operation of all areas of involved in the promoting, selling and delivery of services
- Gaps in performance and/or behavior and the application of required actions.
- In depth and detail knowledge and understanding of the environment(s) where Symcor operates and of the elements that can affect its current and future business and operations.
- Knowledge of the levels of authority and decision in client organizations.

- Advanced understanding of the client organizations culture and approach in conducting business.
