  • Merchandising Layout: Partner with the merchandising and operations teams to confirm program and planogram placement in the store, whether in new store, renovations, or rollouts.
  • Renovations: work with the business to reset tired assets to the new banner model, including store and fixture layout and decor package.
  • Develop and implement fixture layouts, designs and models for grocery and pharmacy businesses.
  • Strong team leadership, ensuring the team has the skills and resources necessary to do their work. Ensuring to develop a strong team culture and individual development plans for growth.
  • Support the business in building standard store model sizes and layouts.
  • Participate in all store pilots related to design, decor, layout.

  • Actively remain current on trends within the retail industry, design, what our competitors or other leading retailers are doing, and new innovations in areas such as fixturing, store layout or concepts.

  • A track record of establishing highly functional relationships with diverse personalities both within and outside the company.
  • A strong executive leader who wants to build great relationships with various business leaders and views themselves and their team as a partner to the business.
  • Travel will be required
