Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (Eastern Time)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Analyze credits from database and/or delivery summaries.
• Credit memo processing and analysis.
• Additional duties as required.
• Process all credits from daily delivery summaries.
• Credit database - processing approved, submitting for approval, enter credits as needed from processing of daily delivery summaries.
• Credit Inquiries.
• Credit request spreadsheets from street sales.
• Participate in trainings within interdepartmental meetings.
• Attend department meetings.
• Run reporting for large credits for street sales.
• Retail credit processing and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Strong P.C. Skills, experience with Excel and Google Sheets required.
• Previous customer service experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under specific deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of multitasking and organizational skills.
• Foodservice experience and product knowledge is an asset.
• Team player.
