They must ensure that customers pay their invoices on time and in full, and work with customers to resolve any disputes or payment issues. They must also monitor customer accounts for any changes in creditworthiness, and take appropriate action when necessary. Credit Administrators must also be familiar with the company’s credit policies and procedures, and be able to interpret and apply them in a variety of situations. They must also be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing. Skill Requirements
