Shift: Sun-Thurs 6pm-2am

Pay rate: $23.34/hour

Duties And Responsibilities

• Analyze credits from database and/or delivery summaries
• Retail credit processing and reporting
• Approve customer credits
• Participate in trainings within interdepartmental meetings
• Attend department meetings
• Credit request spreadsheets from street sales
• Separate Ajax/Milton credit cases
• Credit database - processing approved, submitting for approval, enter credits as needed from processing of daily delivery summaries
• Process all credits from daily delivery summaries
• Run reporting for large credits for street sales
• Return credit cases to pick locations
• Additional duties as required
• Credit Inquiries
• Credit memo processing and analysis

Required Qualifications

• Team player
• Previous customer service experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under specific deadlines
• Strong P.C. Skills, experience with Excel and Google Sheets required
• Foodservice experience and product knowledge is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of multitasking and organizational skills
