The Returns team is looking to hire a Returns Processor to join their team! This person will be responsible for processing returns daily and must be familiar with basic data entry skills on Microsoft Excel. This is a fast-paced team that is looking for a good communicator with strong attention to detail when reviewing product and inputting product details.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Process customer returns, main or defective goods.
• Prepare all returned products for stock put away and/or vendor return if applicable.
• Process refused orders daily.
• Inspect all returned products to determine if in sellable condition or defective.
• Process daily product returns on the RMA log to include tracking number, quantity, and other required details.
• Assist other departments based on department workload.
• Clean, sort, pack and label all processed returned goods.
• Escalate all RMA issues directly to the Lead Hand.

Skills & Qualifications

• Available for flexible hours during busy season
• Must be able to able to lift 40lbs.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team member
• Strong attention to detail in product review and processing
• Previous return processing experience is an asset.
• Steel toed safety boots are required.
• Basic data entry skills on Microsoft Excel

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor. The standard clearance requirements depend on the position and may include some or all of the following: criminal or credit clearance, employment verification, education verification, and driver’s abstract review. In addition, the candidate will be required to provide Solutions 2 Go Inc., with their vaccination status during the background check process.
