We are looking for an order processor to join our team!
We offer an authentic & unique butchery experience, we cut from whole carcasses. We source locally and believe in supporting as many local farmers as possible.
Responsibilities
Sort product by cuts. Utilize our traceability system to scan and fulfill customer orders by following a detailed order sheet. Package and invoice customer orders. Keep orders organized throughout the day and keep track of what products are missing from each order while orders are being built. Complete a delivery sheet indicating quantity of customer order and totals for loading truck. Sort and stack packaged orders by delivery day. Rotate product and track inventory.
Qualifications
-Ability to operate technology
- Attention to detail is essential
-Ability to learn to operate meat scales and print labels
-Ability to lift 50 lbs. cases
- Superior organizational skills required
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment
