E-Commerce Digital Marketing Associate

About The Role

Peace Collective is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit to join the marketing team. Working in this role, you will lead digital marketing operations primarily related to our website, email and sms marketing initiatives. You will also work cross functionally with other departments to ensure accurate brand representation while reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Day in the Life…

• Conduct website conversion optimization improvements by running tests and analyzing data to maximize conversions
• Collaborate with team to manage all digital marketing campaigns
• Perform timely and regular website updates and maintenance (front end development, coordinating with web developer for higher level updates, debugging, tool/app integrations, updating website settings)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM, remote or hybrid work models available
• Update email flows and campaigns
• Keep all marketing projects and campaigns organized in Asana
• Set up SMS flows and campaigns
• Assist with marketing campaigns by building landing pages, product pages, website pop ups, email sequences, and other tasks
• Work with team to set up, run, and measure A/B tests across different touch points
• Research and implement new tools to improve user experience and improve conversions
• Create, maintain, update, and analyze weekly and monthly dashboards for reporting
• Manage domains by setting appropriate 301 redirects, managing domain purchases, and executing transfers
• Project manage new marketing campaigns and product launches

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of Shopify
• 2 years of digital marketing experience (can be in professional setting or for personal projects)
• Experience working with Klaviyo and/or Attentive
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and Google suite of tools
