Job Description
Summary:
Join our creative, dynamic and impactful marketing team and lead consumer acquisition journeys from awareness to conversion working with like-minded, digitally oriented marketers.
As the Digital Performance Specialist, you will be part of Keter’s NA marketing team that creates content, campaigns and digital media plans. You will collaborate across an integrated team of internal and external partners to ensure media plans are delivered flawlessly and in line with Keter’s standards and Brand business objectives. You will report to Keter’s VP of Marketing.
With its global reach, working in Keter means daily contact with global functions across the company all working together in collaboration and sharing and best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the company’s direct-to-consumer digital journey, primarily focused on the US.
In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To:
  • Impact NA marketing strategy and workplan as well as effectively implementing plans to drive acquisition through full funnel efforts.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance in line with business goals and objectives making ongoing campaign optimization recommendations and measuring impact of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • A performance excellence subject matter expert to support leveling up the skills of the whole team
  • Partner to develop digital media journeys, on-ramps, and audience strategies to deliver highly targeted, premium, and relevant media programs.
  • Work successfully across in-house team and key media and creative agency teams for full integration of media and communications plans
  • Serve as subject matter expert across a range of Paid Social channels, Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Programmatic, managing the day-to-day and partnering with our creative and PR agency counterparts to execute strategies/programs that unlock growth.
  • Work closely with Digital Media and Marketing Technology supplier teams to act as the tactical social media subject matter expert and ensure the technical capabilities needed to enable and optimize media plans are implemented
  • Lead learning agendas across several brands, inclusive of measuring, optimizing, and disseminating findings to the broader organization
  • Collaborate with the broader media team to build capability and/or make strategic shift recommendations within platforms
  • Create monthly reports to various stakeholders within the company. The purpose of the reports is primarily flag what is working and what needs to change so that we can make quick decisions and continue to optimize performance. Insights will be used also to report to key stakeholders within the company
  • Be responsible for A-Z performance across social, search, programmatic and newsletters and reporting across channels, you will work with the agencies in place and ensure alignment

What You Need To Succeed:
The Digital Performance Specialist must present creative thinking, eagerness to drive results, work as part of a team, and collaborate with various stakeholders in the organization.
You should be highly organized with strong attention to detail, and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while balancing short- and long-term projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the storytelling and the digital space and a “no task too small” attitude
In-depth understanding of the digital landscape: platforms, technology, tools and marketing tactics, up to date with all recent developments. Enjoy working with creative talent, and at the same time work closely with the data.
Experienced in digital marketing and digital performance tools, and specifically ecommerce.
Analytical orientation is critical to present performance reports and to identify improvements to performance.
Must also possess adaptability in the ever-changing digital space and the ability to think like a consumer and be willing to try new things, take chances, and test ideas.
Education, Training And Experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite primarily MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Google Advertising Platforms, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar Enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms, Meta Commerce Center, Taboola, Outbrain etc.
  • Highly articulate and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment
  • Paid social, paid search and paid programmatic experience
  • Analytical approach with a strong ability for analysing data and visitor statistics
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
  • At least 2 years of digital performance experience (agency/brand), ideally in the US
  • Great project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or similar field (can be very broad!)
  • Passionate about digital marketing and content creation
  • Experience in managing A-Z campaigns in ecommerce and reporting
  • Curious, creative, excellent communication skills
