Overview Performance Management Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance management systems and processes. They ensure that performance management systems are aligned with organizational goals and objectives, and that they are used to measure and improve employee performance. Detailed Job Description Performance Management Specialists are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance management systems and processes. They work with managers and employees to ensure that performance management systems are aligned with organizational goals and objectives, and that they are used to measure and improve employee performance. Performance Management Specialists also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management topics, such as goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of performance management systems and processes
• Ability to develop and implement performance management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Knowledge of organizational development and change management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in performance management
• Professional certification in performance management (e.g. Certified Performance Management Professional) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of performance management systems and processes
• Knowledge of organizational development and change management
• Knowledge of employee engagement and motivation
• Knowledge of employee development and training
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in performance management
• Experience in developing and implementing performance management systems
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting data
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement performance management systems and processes
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management topics
• Analyze and interpret data to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor and evaluate performance management systems and processes
