Job Summary
We are seeking a Planning & Performance Management (P&PM) Analyst I to join the Planning & Performance Management Division of Marketing, Sales & Supply Planning organization. The Planning & Performance Management Division is responsible for the review, analysis and consolidation of reports such as Business Plan, Accountability, Management Information System (MIS), Quarterly Business Reviews and other ad-hoc reports required by management. These reports are being prepared in the departments' level under the Marketing, Sales & Supply Planning organization and reviewed and consolidated by Planning & Performance Management Division to ensure its completeness and relevance in order to satisfy the requirements of higher management. The Planning & Performance Management Division also handles other related-functions in the areas of Human Resources, IT Support Services and Business Events. The primary role of (P&PM) Analyst I is to perform all planning & performance management functions and interacts with personnel within This Company P&PM organizations in the performance of his/her duties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct special studies aimed at enhancing the development of performance initiatives and business cases, including activities such as benchmarking, risk management, performance measurements, and process optimization.
- Provide supervision, coordination, and facilitation for regular and special tasks assigned to other P&PM personnel, while also offering mentorship in the field of P&PM analytical practice.
- Plan and execute planning and performance management analytical activities with the guidance of higher-level P&PM Staff and their supervisor.
- Collaborate with staff at various levels to collect, analyze, and consolidate data required for business plans, accountability reports, quarterly business reviews, management information systems (MIS), and other ad hoc reports needed by senior management.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of nine (9) years of experience in planning and performance management.
- Have excellent proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Possess relevant professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA.
- Possess excellent command of oral and written English, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written reports and presentations for management.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to handle complex problems in a rigorous and analytical manner.
- This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accountancy or Finance), Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have previous work experience that is sufficiently diverse to contribute effectively as a team player in a planning and performance management group.
