What You Will Do

Data Analysis

• Collaborate within our Data Team on ownership of multi-platform data pipeline (AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft) and Power BI analytics platform
• Handling and analysis of data using software languages such as SQL, PowerQuery M, Python, and R while continuously learning about data management and data architecture
• Leverage an array of tools connected to Fiix’s serverless analytical infrastructure such as Github, AWS Ecosystem (Redshift/Lambdas/Step Functions), Snowflake, as well as access to a multitude of different third-party APIs.
• Support the Data Team with deep ad-hoc analysis that will drive performance and keep Sales and Customer teams accountable
• Support Business Leaders indirectly by creating data rich visualizations through the use of Microsoft Power BI
• Work with Operations teams to uncover gaps in data quality and process inefficiencies

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, economics or STEM

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
• Accountable, able to develop and own processes, taking them from conception to development to production
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages SQL, PowerQuery M, R, or Python
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Power BI/Automate/Apps
• Analytical mindset with a skillset focused on extracting & analyzing data
• Salesforce/CRM experience a bonus
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Coachable, fast learner who can pick up new skills and processes quickly
