We are looking for a SysOps Analyst to join our Toronto team.

The successful candidate will be in charge to support and contribute to the deployment/maintenance of the Engineering Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute in ensuring that allocated activities are in accordance with the group policies and mandates
• Provide services while insisting on highest infrastructure standard
• Responsible in supporting day-to day team activities, based on customers technical issues and request for support
• Responsible to enhance the infrastructure processes and help automatize standard services
• Responsible in aligning Engineering Environment workbenches with the recommended versions
• Responsible in providing enablers for the migration to the Cloud
• Help driving the growth and shape the future of all projects

Required Skills and Experience:

• Expert knowledge in: Cloud Solution (AWS); Automation (Scripting) and Linux & Windows administration
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD & proficient in infrastructure as code development
• Diploma from an IT program (Bachelor’s / Master’s degree) or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Understanding of Thales Tools and Processes (Orchestra, JIRA, DOORS, etc.)
• Experience with Virtualization (VmWare, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Experience with BitBucket/Git/GitHub
• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with Ansible & Puppet
• Experience with Artifactory

This position requires direct or indirect access to hardware, software, technology or technical data controlled under the Canadian Export Control List, Canadian Controlled Goods Program, the Canadian Industrial Security Program, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
