Ethoca a Mastercard company is seeking an Analyst to join our Enterprise Information Management team who is a self-starter to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment. This is an individual contributor role that is responsible for data analysis and root cause analysis. You will be part of the Ethoca Data Science team that is working on interesting challenges which will directly impact the product.

Responsibilities Include

• Create KPIs and metrics for reporting and to maintain a pulse of the system
• Join large data sets, searching data, and aggregating data
• Conduct data analysis
• Perform root cause analysis, problem solving and finding anomalies in the data
• Support senior data scientist in data quality
• Build creative ways of automating the processes
• Manual validation and data annotation

An Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in Python is nice to have
• Prior experience in joining large data sets, searching data, and aggregating data
• Communicate results to team members and stakeholders
• Background in data quality
• Should be able to quickly re-prioritize
• Prior experience with reporting tools is nice to have
• Ability to work independently
• Solid experience in SQL – able to work on multiple different SQL environments

Skills And Qualifications

• Experience on Azure is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field is required
• SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel
