Technical Business Analyst for Thermal Efficiency – Blending Data & Thermodynamics at Kelvins Inc.

We're seeking a Technical Business Analyst who not only has a deep appreciation for thermodynamics but can seamlessly integrate these principles into data-driven models to optimize our thermal products. Key Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau/Hex
• 2-4 years of experience in technical analysis, preferably in thermal modeling
• Familiarity with managing large data sets and corresponding infrastructure like, BigQuery, dbt, snowflake etc….
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of thermal systems, efficiency models, and related technology.
• Ability to translate technical data into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using tools like SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the thermal engineering teams and business units, ensuring alignment in product efficiency goals and business objectives.
• Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports in Tableau to showcase thermal efficiency trends.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting model-related issues and refining efficiency metrics.
• Collaborate with the R&D and business teams to derive requirements for thermal efficiency modeling.
• Conduct regular reviews of thermal models, recommending updates or changes based on business needs and technological advancements.
• Analyze, interpret, and optimize thermal product efficiency models to derive actionable insights.
