Job Description


We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Performance & Compensation . Freedom Experience is about building trust through every interaction we have with our plan members and represents a shift in our organization’s mindset. Proactively identifying, understanding, and delivering on the products and experiences to meet the needs of our plan members using new tools, new processes, and data. As a member of the Freedom Experience Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for leading the compensation programs.


What You Will Do


  • Responsible for completing quarterly and annual reporting accurately and within the contractual deadlines
  • Responsible for creating/maintaining and executing complex compensation models and ensuring data from multiple sources is reasonable and accurate
  • Liase with senior leaders to set annual bonus parameters and targets
  • Field bonus programs - Calculation and reporting field bonus program incentives
  • Determine pensionable benefits eligibility
  • Investigate and resolve errors and/or exceptions in bonus calculations
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to document bonus guides for sales teams
  • Advisor recognition programs – Calculating and reporting advisor recognition compensation on multiple product lines
  • Author own procedures on assigned tasks
  • Provide a high level of customer service through the timely and accurate calculations and administration of bonus payments
  • Oversee processes to ensure RRSP elections are captured


What You Will Bring

  • Desire to learn new skills and share knowledge
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships with staff at all levels
  • 2+ years experience in a role with business, financial, or data analysis
  • CPA designation or completion of post-secondary education with focus in mathematics, accounting, or business administration an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high quality work within specified timelines
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
