Purpose Of The Job
The Funding Performance Review Analyst is responsible for conducting audits of funded loans, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and service level requirements related to funding. The Analyst will review items that fall under the responsibility of both the Funder and external closing service provider.
The Work
  • Provide recommendations to enhance processes and mitigate risks.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Bank's policies and procedures.
  • Review assigned files daily, comparing them against the checklist of responsibilities for the Funder and external closing service provider.
  • Identify and document deficiencies and observations.
  • Support management in process improvement initiatives
Let's Talk About You!
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Anti Money Laundering and Compliance practices
  • Demonstrate Bank’s values: outstanding service, integrity, empowerment, respect, and agility.
  • Must be bilingual in French and English
  • Completion of post-secondary education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, responding clearly and concisely in a professional manner
  • Proven ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume, high-intensity environment
  • 2-3 years of Financial Services experience, with exposure to Prime and Alternative Mortgages considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working from Equitable Bank’s additional office space located at 351 King Street East, Toronto, ON.
