Load, extract and analyze clinical and operational data from databases to fulfill reporting requirements, monitor performance and support organizational goals.

Minimum 1-5 years relevant work experience

Produce and update reports, prepare submissions for external reporting, perform reconciliations across multiple data sources, create dashboards and provide analytic summaries

Loading and publishing of data, performance of data quality reviews, and

Reporting and interpretation of case costing data

Add value by driving in-depth insights and analysis through well-defined reporting to Senior Management.

Contribute to culture-enhancing initiatives within the broader Capital Markets Finance team, including both social and educational elements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards in the performance reporting field (GIPS).

Experience creating systematic solutions with data, including SQL.

Experience developing dashboards and information solutions with Power BI.

Demonstrated ability to perform complex, insight-driven analysis and work with large data sets, including strong excel skills.

Have 15 years of professional experience in relevant planning and performance management, accounting or finance in the Oil & Gas industries.

Conduct special studies aimed at enhancing the development of performance initiatives, risk management, performance measurements, processes, and workflow.

Have an excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Lead the development and delivery of analytics to support evidence-based decision-making and produce actionable insights.
