Communicate MSA schedule and exhibit changes related to managed services to Director, Vendor Management and Contracts Management.

Inform Director, Vendor Management of operational service delivery reporting issues.

Vendor Management Performance for Canada and Australia

Courses in marketing, finance, sales, product applications, and database management as required

Work with finance manager with reconciling sales data with financial data.

Manage incoming Pardot inquiries (via salesforce.com)

Support District Sales Managers (DSMs), Major Market Managers (MMMs), Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and technical team.

Strong problem solving, logical thinking, and analytical skills

Strong computer skills (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, mapping software)
