Job Description

Our client within the real estate development industry is seeking a Compensation and Total Rewards Analyst to join their team in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on compensation, benefits and recognition programs, policies and procedures.

• Analyze stakeholder feedback, talent trends and internal/ external data to develop recommendations that enhance the organization's compensation, benefits and rewards

• Analyze market data to make compensation recommendations (ie: pay structures, salary increase guidelines, pay progression guidelines, etc)

• Advise on benefits and pension plans through research & analysis, promotions and performance monitoring

• Research and recommend updates to recognition programs

• Participate in total reward programs

• Collaborate with the HR team to build metrics & reports to inform program decisions

• Analyze and forecast business outcomes related to compensation, benefits and recognition programs

• Analyze workforce analytics reports regarding headcount, labour distribution, labour costs, etc

• Prepare reports and make presentations to the Board providing insight to support decision making

• Continuously improve reports and processes to be more user friendly


Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as the main point of contact for Compensation & Total Rewards programs

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field

• CHRP or CEBS designations considered an asset

• Strong knowledge of benefits, pension, compensation & HR systems

• Strong proficiency with Excel required

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

•Extremely polished and confident in communication

• Experience working for a global organization considered an asset
