The Director, Performance and Talent Management role is responsible for setting and refining the vision, strategy, and philosophy related to our annual performance management cycle, talent review, succession planning and promotion/appointment products.


In this role, you will engage with key stakeholders to align on strategic business outcomes, set mechanisms for seamless execution, be a continuous voice of the customer, and engage in ongoing process improvement. You will also ensure enablement of managers and employees through training, change management, UAT and drive performance of ongoing process analytics and reporting of process effectiveness and efficiency.


Responsibilities


Strategy & Execution


  • Leverage best-in-class practices to build and execute our annual performance management cycle (Grow Perform Succeed) and track key process performance indicators
  • Drive continuous process improvement to maximize business value of the process.
  • Market its value to the stakeholders using business acumen
  • Apply analytical acumen to gain insights on process impact on human & business performance.


Talent Review and Succession


  • Formulate philosophies underlying talent processes such as HIPO identification, talent pools, succession planning, promotions, etc. and gain alignment of OneHR.
  • Design processes to ensure they drive leadership excellence, identifying top talent and talent pools related to skills.


Consulting & Stakeholder collaboration


  • Work closely with our Experience Product Management team to translate stakeholder business needs into process, technology, or enablement improvements and drive execution with feedback loop to the stakeholders
  • Act as a key liaison to the HR Business Partners and business leaders on performance life cycle topics
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key business and HR stakeholders.
  • Ensures that the talent management solutions achieve the desired business outcome


Program Design


  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop and executes all change management and enablement efforts
  • Defines and monitors success measures
  • Develops the enterprise strategy and frameworks for performance management and employee lifecycle programs
  • Ensures that these programs are implemented successfully across the enterprise
  • Partner with Experience Product Managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners, HRIS and Compensation to constantly evolve, improve and further simplify programs to ensure full adoption


Leadership


  • Program prioritization: Manage consistency of demand prioritization, product quality, and project delivery for application development.
  • People Leadership: Lead a team of direct and indirect reports who develop and execute programs.


Qualifications


  • 5-7 years direct experience managing a employee performance lifecycle team and processes
  • Overall experience 10-15 years+
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $139,000 to $237,000 Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
