Recent experience in preparing and providing advice, reports and recommendations to different levels of management and safety committees;

Recent experience in conducting investigations, hazard and risk assessments and developing short and long term recommendations;

Recent experience in the interpretation and implementation of the applicable federal legislation;

Experience in developing and delivering safety-related programs, procedures, training and awareness sessions;

Experience working with a federal jurisdiction employer;

Experience working in a unionized work environment.

Minimum 7 years of experience in the airline industry/operations.

Transformation of the Performance Management delivery model leveraging Digital solutions.

Support on an ad hoc basis other Performance Management activities (maintenance, support to forecast/budget exercise, review of financial indicators, etc.)

Maintain and share Productivity KPI to our stakeholders for both teams under direct Management and the extended team located in ISPL

Responsible for Talent and Performance Management processes; Succession Planning, High Potential and promotions processes.

Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management or Business Administration

Manage and administrate the employees' training & development activities including developing their Individual Development Plans and track the implementation.

Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

PHR, GPHR, or CIPD level 5 certification.

Supports the implementation of the internal HR strategy that is aligned to the organization's goals and objectives.

Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance and Excel is required.

For assigned Risk Professionals, a bachelor's degree in risk management or a related discipline is required.

Minimum of 15 years' relevant experience is required.

Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.

Perform other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned - 10%

Demonstrated capability and track record in the practice of planning & performance management is required

Offer analytical support for department on project evaluation and commercial arrangement economic assessment

Minimum of 10 years related downstream experience, refining and/or refined product sales and marketing experience preferred

Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA), relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred

Experience in Linear Programming is preferred

Responsible for the preparation and design of management reports analyzing the Admin Area financial and non-financial performance.

Offer analytical support for department on project evaluation and commercial arrangement economic assessment.

You should have a minimum of 10 years related downstream experience, refining and/or refined product sales and marketing experience preferred.

Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA), relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.

8+ years of people management experience leading global teams

Experience with strategic vendor management and contract management including contract negotiation and supplier risk management

Must have project portfolio management experience in a diverse and cross functional team

Risk management & crisis resolution as necessary to ensure project timelines stay on track

8-10+ years in project and program management for a large company

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Accredited, Total Quality Management (TQM) Certified, or similar
