Recruiter/Sales and marketing with staffing experience needed.

Responsibilities Include:

· Initiating contact and follow-ups with all qualified leads to assess potential clients scheduling appointments for Sales Representatives.

· Work with the team to manage and maintain current client relationships.

· Build NEW clientele, expand the business, need to be highly motivated.

· Call potential clients that are hiring and convince them of having you do the recruiting and hiring for them.

· Creating and delivering qualified B2B sales leads.

· Generate leads from your network of friends, family, business associates to obtain recruiting orders.

· A hunter mentality, identify and qualify new prospects. You should be constantly seeking out and bringing in new business in your designated territory.

· Represent the company in a professional manner with all prospects and clients.

· Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve to go above and beyond personal targets.
