Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Head of Sales and Business Development

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. This position will assist and support the Sales Team, which includes Independent Sales Representatives

(ISR) throughout the US and Canada, with all aspects of Client Management, Customer Relations

Management (CRM), Trade Shows, Marketing Collateral, Social Media and Website content and development.

2. Preparing, maintaining, and communicating Independent Sales Representative performance analytics by region, as well as supporting the individual needs of the entire team.

3. The candidate will also assist the ISR in supporting their clients with any sales or marketing materials and digital needs/requests.

4. The position requires sales information management through CRM (Monday.com), which includes the development of new Boards as needed, as well as maintaining Sales Boards, Marketing Boards and developing and managing marketing campaigns and analytics of such efforts. Experience with Monday.com is beneficial, but not required.

5. The candidate will assist in planning and coordinating all trade show exhibits, which includes scheduling resources, samples, exhibit materials, literature and coordinating shipments of such. In addition, marketing campaigns, to include social media around each event, to encourage attendance. Once complete, follow up with attendees and measuring the success of each individual event.

Key Requirements:

1. Industry experience: The candidate must have 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role marketing support role, ideally experience with Marketing, Website maintenance and Social Media content.

2. Functional experience: The candidate must have experience in a team oriented support position.

3. Software expertise: The candidate must have experience working with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Monday.com preferred), and preferably with some graphic software, or a willingness to learn.

4. Personal traits: The candidate must have an ownership mindset and thrive in taking on responsibility for their work. In addition to this, they should be able to work independently and possess creative problem-solving skills.

5. Educational capabilities: The candidate must have a relevant university or college degree, or equivalent work experience.

6. Physical location: The candidate must be available to work from the company offices located in Oakville, Ontario during standard office hours.

7. Legal Status: The candidate must have the legal ability to work in Canada without having to apply for a work permit in the country.

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
