Job Description

Inside Sales Coordinator

Due to growth, Patlon Aircraft & Industries Ltd. Located in Milton, is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing the overall customer experience and ensuring that the lowest possible turnaround time is achieved to comply with contractual obligations and customer satisfaction. Throughout this process the Inside Sales Coordinator will communicate with the customer, the sales team, the supplier, vendor, and the R&O team to meet the customers & contractual expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proactive team player with superior attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Successful Candidates must have or be eligible to apply for a Canadian Government Security Clearance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • 3+ years prior experience in inside sales
  • Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining quality relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks simultaneously, with consistent follow through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to analyse requirements and issues to make recommendations on best course of action.

Order Processing

  • Follow up with vendors to ensure Patlon meets KPI’s on both vendor and customer OTD (On-Time Deliver) categories.
  • Create Patlon PO to our vendors for products/parts/services as required.
  • Respond to requests for quotation within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Process customer PO’s/order confirmations within 24 hrs. of receipt.

Repair and Overhaul Administration

  • Estimate Complete – Follow up with Customer on status of quote approval.
  • Prep Ship – Monitor on a regular basis to ensure all is in order prior to shipping completed repair back to the customer.
  • Estimate – Prepare quote for customer, including parts and labour
  • Order Parts – Upon receipt of customer approval (PO), create sales order and place PO with Vendor/s for parts if needed.Monitor this queue on a regular basis to ensure proper allocation of parts, OTD.Expedite.

Reports

·Work Order report - Review and update daily

·Backlog report – review and update weekly.

·Monthly and quarterly reports as required.

Inventory

  • Responsible for analyzing what should be kept in inventory based on historic sales and quotes as well as adjusting reorder points and reorder quantities accordingly.

Internal/External Communication

The Inside Sales Coordinator will communicate with the Manager of Inside Sales & Service of ongoing issues that are customer or vendor related while seeking resolution on the subject.

Freight Management

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for obtaining pricing from approved freight companies. Freight cost estimates are to be accurate and included in the quote to the customer.

Pricing

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for updating both costs and sell prices as required for various product lines.
