HiTeck Medical Instruments, a leading provider of dental medical instruments across Canada, is seeking an energetic and dedicated Inside Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role involves managing customer relationships, promoting our products, and driving sales to contribute to our mission of improving dental care nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth knowledge about HiTeck's range of products to provide accurate information and suggest suitable solutions to customers.
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring positive client relations and resolving any issues promptly.
- Leverage the CRM software to keep track of all customer interactions, set follow-up reminders, and document the sales process.
- Contribute to the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, which includes performing customer needs analysis, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Achieve and surpass set sales targets and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to understand and effectively market HiTeck's products.
- Devise strategies and action plans to discover and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Regularly provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to the management team.
- Attend trade shows, sales workshops, sales seminars, and events as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for sales.
- Prior knowledge of the dental industry and its products would be advantageous.
