Job Title: Inside Sales Associate
Work Location: St. Catherines (Onsite)
Note: Local candidates only
Hourly Pay Rate: CAD $20.43/Hr
Paid Training start time & how many weeks for training: 6 weeks – Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm EST With Break 30 Min
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm EST With Break 1 hours 30 min
Duration: 12 months contract with possibility of Fulltime/Extension

· Looking for candidates with Social Media Experience (Customer Service Call Center/Sales experience preferred).
· The candidate will help support and expand our large social media self serve advertising customer base by demonstrating the value of advertising solutions.
· Proactively outreach to decision-makers over the phone and via email to increase the ROI for their advertisements by optimizing their ad performance and increasing their investments.
· The assigned book of business will be on a quarterly basis, with new accounts assigned on a monthly basis.
· This role is expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and drive higher advertising spend for small and medium size businesses.
· Improve client's experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption and manage a portfolio book of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
· Provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
· Become an expert on all Social Media Advertising solutions.
· Ability to identify trends and solve problems.
· Providing vital product insights feedbacks, from their own experience using Social Media Products and sharing the feedback from the Social Media Advertisers.
· Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the Social Media products.
· Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive advertiser businesses to success.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to work all shifts as required (including holidays)

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Demonstrate speed, agility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in their work.
- Flexible and quick learners, able to adapt to the continuously evolving needs of both the business and the customer.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills that demonstrate good judgment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- HS Diploma or GED Min 1-yr customer service or Related Exp
- High level of professional customer service and sales mindset, passion for driving sales through adoptions and spend
