Join our Inside Sales Team! Now hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing organization. This role is a fully remote opportunity with a few in-office meetings throughout the year if required (head office in Guelph, ON).


What it’s all about:


As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You are sales-minded, with the ability to discuss product promotions and hearing care appointment options with a wide variety of clients. There is no cold calling required in this role, so we expect our Inside Sales Specialists to utilize existing leads to grow our client base.

What you will do:


  • Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with standards of HearCANADA
  • Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM)
  • Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments
  • Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in one of our many clinics across Canada
  • Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules
  • Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills


What we are looking for:


  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to work 5 days per week Monday - Saturday with availability to work flexible shifts if required
  • Prior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and tools
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs
  • Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
  • Able to exercise empathy, and lead the conversation to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss
  • Showcases our values of innovation, passion for positive impact and working as a team to go above and beyond
  • 1+ years’ experience in inside sales. Health industry considered an asset!
