Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be a key player in driving our brand's growth and success. Your main responsibilities will include:

🔹 Engaging with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms. 🔹 Providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues with efficiency and professionalism. 🔹 Collaborating with the sales team to identify new leads and opportunities. 🔹 Assisting in order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics. 🔹 Contributing to sales reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

🔸 2 years of experience in sales or a related field (carry goods industry knowledge is a plus!). 🔸 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 🔸 Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. 🔸 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 🔸 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🔸Experience with Shopify ecommerce platform - recommended. 🔸Experience with Amazon ecommerce platform - recommended
