Job Description
As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you’ll get the opportunity to work with top content creators and assist with campaigns seen by millions around the world! The ideal candidate will need to be an excellent and organized multi-tasker who knows how to achieve results with marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives. If you know how to communicate clearly, organize your work, and prioritize tasks, contribute ideas, stay up to date on content trends and pop culture, and a be a solid team player, this is the right role for you!


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Deploy mass communications to content creators via email marketing tools like SecureSender
  • Work with the Discord team to help promote and support content creators.
  • Coordinate and assist with event planning, this may include being on-site, socially engaging with models, drive program signups, problem solve on-the-fly and ensure everyone is having a good time!
  • Aid in the selection of models for merchandise launches and other marketing initiatives
  • Publish 1-2 weekly blog posts to promote models and support the program
  • Set up and help distribute newsletters to announce new features, contests and more!
  • Share observations and data for monthly reporting in an organized manner
  • Coordinate, promote, and vet contest entries, videos, achievements, and awards.
  • Assist brand copywriter with model focused content by providing program information
  • Monitor and post content on social media accounts and respond to direct messages, when needed
  • Coordinate and align with management on the production of assets: work with internal departments to review and seek approval for content as well as copy and creatives
  • Stay up to date on industry news, trends, pop culture and best practices
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative, on brand, compliant, and engaging to our community.
  • Be on the front lines when it comes to building relationships, communicating with adult content creators and exchanging assets to execute social and merch campaigns.
  • Obtain and review digital and print graphics to coordinate campaigns, contests, and events
  • Help gather data on brand mentions across social media, when needed


Must Haves


What you’ll need to be successful:


  • Technical skills to navigate our CMS
  • Strong knowledge of social media and adult platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, OnlyFans)
  • A post-secondary education and/or prior work experience in journalism, digital marketing, public relations, communications, or affiliate marketing
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and ability to handle multiple, competing priorities
  • Experience with organizing data and reporting
  • Passionate user of social media & digital technologies; knowledge of social media best practices (hashtags, metadata, etc.)
  • Open-minded and comfortable receiving constructive feedback
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
  • Positive attitude, outgoing, professional, and enjoys taking initiative on projects
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer service or related field


Nice To Have


  • Relationship building skills
  • Experience in JIRA or other project management softwares
  • Resourceful, hands-on self-starter with a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented style
