Our valued Insurance Client is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Consultant for an awesome 6-month Fully Remote contract position with the possibility of EXTENSION and/or CONVERSION TO FULL TIME!! Must be willing to work EST.

The ideal Marketing Consultant will help grow financial partner’s mature Home and Auto Insurance portfolio and programs. Support marketing strategy and provide consulting expertise on how to drive profitable customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention.

Core areas of focus

Home & Auto – Help develop acquisition, cross-sell, and retention strategies to achieve the goals of profitable growth and portfolio diversification with a focus on home insurance, combined policies and group sales.

High-Net Worth Customers – Support marketing strategies and programs for high-net worth customers.

Stakeholder Management – Work collaboratively with key business leaders to develop profitable omni-channel marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the acquisition and retention performance of the partner’s portfolio from a marketing standpoint including marketing and profitability metrics.
• Leverage customer segmentation and targeted acquisition strategies.
• Help develop marketing campaigns to sell new product features and services.
• Develop joint strategies to achieve the goal of diversifying the portfolio.
• Work directly with the partner’s marketing team to develop strategies and provide consulting advice on how to drive profitable acquisition, cross-sell, and retention outcomes.

Must Have Skills:

• 7-10 years’ marketing and execution experience including marketing strategy, digital, measurement, and optimization.
• Experience working in the Insurance Industry is HIGHLY preferred
